Welcome to SmartPlates. By accessing or using our website and AI-generated diet services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Medical & Nutritional Disclaimer

CRITICAL WARNING: SmartPlates generates meal plans using Artificial Intelligence (Claude AI). We are not doctors, dietitians, or medical professionals. The information provided is for educational and informational purposes only. You must consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new diet, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or are pregnant. SmartPlates assumes no liability for any health complications, allergic reactions, or outcomes resulting from the use of our generated plans.

2. Service Usage & AI Limitations

Our service provides algorithmically generated dietary suggestions based on user inputs. While we strive for accuracy and gourmet quality:

  • AI systems can hallucinate or produce inaccurate nutritional macros.
  • Users are solely responsible for verifying ingredients for allergens prior to consumption.
  • SmartPlates does not guarantee any specific weight loss, muscle gain, or health results. Results are highly individual.

3. Purchases and Refunds

All purchases for diet plans (7-Day and 14-Day) are processed securely via Stripe. Due to the digital nature of AI generation and API costs incurred instantly upon generation, all sales are final and non-refundable once a plan has been generated.

You receive 3 total regenerations per order. Unused regenerations do not roll over or hold monetary value.

4. User Accounts

You must authenticate via Google to use the generation tools. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. SmartPlates reserves the right to terminate accounts that attempt to abuse the API, inject malicious prompts, or violate these terms.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
