• Biometric & Health Data: Information you voluntarily provide to generate plans, including age, weight, height, dietary preferences, and medical conditions.
• Payment Information: Processed securely via Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
• Analytics: We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how users interact with our website to improve UX. This captures anonymous behavioral data.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used strictly to provide and improve the SmartPlates service:

• To generate highly personalized AI diet plans.
• To process payments and deliver transactional emails (receipts, generation links).
• To maintain order history and regeneration limits in your dashboard.

3. Data Sharing & AI Processing

To generate your diet plan, your biometrics and dietary preferences are securely transmitted to Anthropic's Claude API. We do not use your personal data to train public AI models. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketers.

4. Data Security & Retention

We implement industry-standard security measures (SSL/TLS, Cloudflare edge security) to protect your data. Your generated diet plans are stored in our secure database so you can access them later. You may request account and data deletion by contacting us.

We use essential cookies for authentication (Auth.js) and session management. We also use Microsoft Clarity for anonymous usage analytics.
